Job summary

Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to bring our brands to life across digital, print, and multimedia platforms. You will translate strategy into design, develop brand assets, and collaborate with marketing to deploy content that supports campaigns.

Responsibilities include leading creative projects, planning photo/video shoots, and maintaining brand asset libraries. A strong portfolio and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of professional graphic or multimedia design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development and execution across digital, print, and multimedia formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with motion, video, or animation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines with high quality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for creative projects, partnering with stakeholders to develop concepts and deliver high-quality, brand-aligned solutions.
• Translate strategic direction into effective design concepts and visual executions across a variety of media.
• Develop brand assets, visual designs, and website page layouts that enhance audience experience and maintain brand consistency.
• Create visual layouts, graphics, and multimedia assets for digital marketing, print collateral, signage, email, presentations, and advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is deployed and aligned with campaign objectives.
• Plan and execute photo and video shoots at practice locations and events including setup, lighting, and composition.
• Direct and capture content with providers, teams, and patients to produce authentic, brand-aligned visuals.
• Edit and produce high-quality video and photography for use across websites, social media, and campaigns.
• Prepare and format content for distribution across channels, optimizing for platform-specific requirements.
• Maintain content management systems and a centralized library of brand assets.
