Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years professional experience in design or related field.
• 2+ years digital design experience and execution.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and designers, writers, art directors, or marketing managers.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and exporting via Figma.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Head of Creative and ADX team leads to adopt multiple brand guidelines across formats.
• Review project intake and track ongoing work.
• Concept, design, and deliver digital assets (logos, banners, infographics, gifs, print design, motion design, PowerPoint edits).
• Adapt layouts to fit various media specs and sizes.
• Facilitate discovery calls with stakeholders to understand needs and flag risks.
• Flag complex asks to the ADX Creative Director for 3P agency collaboration.
• Upload assets to internal DAM after project completion.
