Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking enthusiastic Ariat Retail Merchandisers for one-time 4.5-hour store visits between September 18 and October 23. Earn $22 per hour plus a travel incentive; some areas may have only one location.

As a merchandiser, you’ll create impactful in-store displays, uphold Ariat’s visual standards, and report via ThirdChannel’s app. Onboarding is two hours paid; schedule visits starting May 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Ariat brand and products.
• Experience in merchandising, preferably apparel and footwear.
• Friendly with the ability to build relationships quickly.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and manage time autonomously.
• Ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app and basic tech.
• A smart device with internet access (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Access to reliable transportation and willingness to cover a wide territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits to report merchandising, inventory, and competitive intelligence (4.5 hours visit for each location).
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards for Ariat footwear and apparel in retail stores.
• Audit and update marketing materials to align with current marketing campaign.
• Commit to and manage your own work schedule of store visits in your assigned market - all visits to be completed by June 22, 2026.
