Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking Ariat Retail Merchandisers for a one-time 4.5 hour visit in each location, between September 18 and October 23. Earn $22/hour plus a travel incentive, with some areas having only one location.

This 1099 contract role covers onboarding (2 hours) and lets you schedule visits in your market, with payments based on market and experience. Travel is compensated, and assignments run through March 31, 2026.

Qualifications

• Passion for Ariat brand and products.
• Experience in merchandising, preferably apparel/footwear.
• Ability to build relationships quickly and nurture them.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and autonomous problem solving.
• Ability to install and navigate the ThirdChannel app.
• Smart device with internet access (iOS 15+, Android 10+).
• Access to reliable transportation; willingness to cover broad territory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct store audits and report on merchandising, inventory, and competitive intelligence (4.5 hours per location).
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards for Ariat footwear and apparel.
• Audit and update marketing materials to align with campaigns.
• Manage your own schedule of store visits in your assigned market; all visits completed by Mar 31, 2026.
• Submit store visit reports via ThirdChannel app with photos and thorough visits.
