Mondelēz International in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a full-time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer. You will perform in-store brand execution, stocking shelves, and building relationships with store teams to ensure our snacks are visible and in stock.

You will drive merchandising visits, place promotional displays, and use iPad/Salesforce to order products, while adhering to schedules and safety guidelines for a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move products as part of merchandizing duties.

Responsabilités

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI standards and capture display photos.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and adhere to RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM/management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting and moving products.
