Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in Minneapolis to showcase brands through stocking shelves, building displays, and managing product placement at customer locations. A reliable vehicle and flexible schedule are required.

You will grow knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, build strong relationships with store teams, and ensure compliant merchandising. Compensation includes $20 per hour, a $2,400 annual car allowance, a $300 monthly fuel card, and a $500 sign-on bonus, plus

• Must be 21+ years old and have a HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Professionalism and sound judgment; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts: stock shelves, build displays, manage POS materials, and do store resets.
• Build rapport with key accounts and share merchandising feedback with the sales team.
• Learn beer, wine and/or spirit knowledge; handle products responsibly and safely.
