Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in CPG or lifestyle marketing, brand, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable reviewing analytics and translating data into actionable recommendations and insights.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of brand marketing initiatives that strengthen consumer engagement, brand awareness, and cultural relevance.
• Identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and marketplace opportunities that can inform future marketing efforts.
• Monitor competitor activity, consumer behavior, and industry trends to support marketing recommendations and planning.
• Contribute ideas that help strengthen brand positioning, storytelling, and consumer connection.
• Assist in bringing marketing campaigns and brand initiatives to life across multiple consumer touchpoints.
