Qualifications

  • Exceptional multitasking abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to manage and prioritize multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Manage the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are well‑resourced, delivered on time, and within budget.
  • Cross‑Functional Communication and Coordination: Drive ongoing communication and coordination across teams, ensuring alignment and smooth information exchange throughout the lifecycle of each campaign.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead efficient meetings to facilitate collaboration, ensure alignment, and keep teams focused on key deliverables and objectives.
  • Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify and communicate potential risks in projects and programs, providing context, impact analysis, and actionable recommendations for mitigation
  • Prioritization and Critical Path Management: Prioritize tasks and initiatives with a laser focus on critical path activities to ensure timely progress and successful outcomes.
  • Change Management and Contingency Planning: Anticipate changes, prepare contingency plans, and maintain momentum on projects to ensure continuous progress and successful delivery.

The Marketing Operations (Ops) Team at Plaid builds the essential foundation that enables the Marketing function to operate efficiently, scale sustainably, and align with the company’s strategic goals. Requirements
