The position requires leadership in local events, GBP optimization, and canvassing, collaborating with brand leadership to drive demand, engagement, and revenue across locations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or lead generation.
• Direct budget responsibility for paid media or LSA programs.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across brands.
• Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own LSA strategy and execution, including bid management and ROI.
• Drive lead generation across digital and local channels.
• Manage ad spend and budget pacing.
• Plan local events and partnerships.
• Develop and execute customer loyalty initiatives.
• Oversee organic social media and content creation.
• Monitor online reputation and GBP performance.
• Travel within region for brand reviews and content creation.
• Canvassing as a lead generation channel.
• Collaborate with brand leadership on performance reviews.
