PNC is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Lead to join the account management team within Creative Services, serving as a primary liaison to our MarCom partners with a focus on the CIM creative work set. A marketing lead operates with a high degree of independence and fully owns administrative and project management responsibilities—guiding partners through the creative process, reviewing input briefs (providing recommendations and asking questions), kicking off creative with our team, and ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand, and to a consistently high standard. In addition to CIM, this role is expected to take on additional account-based and administrative work as needed to support the broader account management team and evolving business priorities.
Drives the long‑term brand vision by leading marketing activities that build and strengthen the brand and support enterprise and line of business priorities. Ensures marketing efforts consistently reflect the brand platform, resonate with target audiences, and appropriately reach them across national and local initiatives, while influencing alignment across initiatives and teams. Leads the creation and end‑to‑end execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns and paid media programs across channels, including digital, social, and traditional media. Leads and optimizes delivery of brand storytelling and coordinated campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and engagement across initiatives. Creates and delivers marketing strategies that bring the brand to life across campaigns, sponsorships, and key cultural moments. Translates business priorities into integrated brand and paid media plans and drives alignment across cross‑functional teams to ensure effective execution. Advances paid media and campaign performance by analyzing key metrics, identifying drivers of performance, and synthesizing insights to inform optimization, future planning, and strategic decision‑making. Applies a strong understanding of how media channels, creative, and messaging perform together to drive outcomes and extend learnings across initiatives. Applies strong brand marketing and media capabilities, including omni‑channel planning practices, test‑and‑learn approaches, agentic workflows and artificial intelligence. Participates in pilots, evaluates effectiveness, and adopts and seeks out new technologies within established processes and brand governance standards. Works in close partnership with cross‑functional teams—including brand, media, creative, LOB, analytics, and agency partners—to deliver marketing initiatives. Influences direction, supports budget oversight, aligns stakeholders, and ensures timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are managed effectively across complex initiatives. Demonstrates accountability for individual performance and extends influence through peer mentorship and cross‑team guidance. Manages priorities, meets commitments, and sets an example by continuously building functional and technical expertise. Actively seeks feedback, develops skills, and adapts evolving marketing strategies and industry trends. Stays current on brand marketing and paid media industry advancements and applies learnings to improve outcomes across work.

Pay Transparency Base Salary: $91,000.00 – $202,800.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
