Job summary

Randa Apparel & Accessories (RAA) invites a Brand Marketing Intern to join our Dallas-based team for a 10-week program. You will assist consumer marketing efforts, gaining exposure to retail and wholesale marketing, social media, and PR campaigns.

You will work with multiple disciplines, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to real projects from day one, under mentorship. The program emphasizes hands-on learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Marketing, Business, or Communications majors preferred but not required.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher required or preferred depending on criteria.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities across teams are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist Consumer Marketing team with campaigns across digital, retail, social, and PR channels.
• Support influencer partnerships from research to activation and results tracking.
• Contribute to retail marketing materials, including in-store signage and POS communications.
• Help analyze consumer trends and campaign analytics to identify growth opportunities.
