Job summary

Reformation in Los Angeles is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support and grow our social, brand marketing and influencer programs. You will handle daily coordination, reporting, and cross-functional support across the team.

You’ll help manage gifting, VIP relations, and day-to-day social media tasks, while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to keep projects organized and on track. This role offers growth in a mission-driven, sustainability-focused brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in brand marketing, PR, affiliate and/or influencer management.
• Passion for Reformation brand and sustainable mission.
• Experience supporting global marketing plans with defined objectives.
• Strong relationship management with internal and external partners.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gifting and product seeding for influencers and key contacts.
• Track gifting budget and maintain records.
• Maintain gifting lists, databases, and shipping records.
• Prepare gifting reports and monitor activity.
• Research creators to support campaigns.
• Support day-to-day social media management and scheduling.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities.
• Track social performance and share insights.
• Handle errands and coordinate couriers for events.
• Create decks and presentations for brand initiatives.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
