Job summary

RenewCO2 seeks a senior designer to own all customer-facing visuals, decks, and the brand system. You will translate engineering concepts into accurate, beautiful graphics and lead art direction with external vendors.

You will design investor decks, product visuals, the website, and conference materials, collaborating with engineers to ensure clarity and technical accuracy across channels.

Qualifications

• Four to seven years designing in-house or at an agency for B2B, industrial, engineering, energy, or scientific clients.
• Expertise creating dense technical decks and diagrams that non-designers can understand.
• Strong typography and layout judgment, with print and digital output experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Kannada or Hindi helps with local print and fabrication vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design investor, partner, and capability decks end to end, including dense technical slides.
• Build PowerPoint and Google Slides template systems with working masters and themes.
• Produce one-pagers, spec sheets, and technical FAQs that fit fixed pages.
• Draw process flow diagrams, system schematics, and equipment cutaways from engineering material.
• Prepare figures for conference posters, papers, and government reports.
• Design CMS pages and own updates with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
• Maintain and evolve the RenewCO2 brand system and asset library.
• Create social and campaign graphics and large-format signage, including vendor coordination.
