Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media, creators, consumer trends, and lifestyle brands.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines with guidance from the Marketing Manager.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, positive, and willing to jump in and help wherever needed.
• Comfortable learning new tools, platforms, and marketing processes.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• Photography, video, Canva, or other content creation experience is a plus.
• Interest in skating, action sports, fashion, or youth culture is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing Manager with PR gifting and influencer initiatives.
• Help identify relevant influencers, creators, celebrities, media contacts, and brand partners.
• Assist with influencer partnerships and paid collaborations, including product fulfillment and administrative coordination.
• Help maintain and organize marketing and sales samples.
• Assist with seasonal sample distribution to sales representatives, wholesale accounts, influencers, media, and internal teams.
• Track sample inventory, shipments, and returns and keep records up to date.
• Help keep marketing and sample storage areas organized and presentation ready.
• Stay up to date on social media trends, emerging platforms, creator content, and cultural moments relevant to the brands.
• Assist with creating simple, on-brand social content, including photos, short-form videos, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Support the Marketing Manager with social media execution, content organization, and content capture at events and activations.
• Assist with providing wholesale accounts with digital marketing assets.
• Monitor retailer websites and social channels and flag opportunities to improve brand representation.
• Assist with coordinating retailer promotions for product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist with maintaining relationships with skating rinks, community partners, and other relevant organizations.
• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, events, and trade shows.
• Capture photos and video content during events for marketing use.
• Help research and identify potential activation and community engagement opportunities.
• Assist the Marketing Manager with photoshoot preparation, production, and logistics.
• Help organize samples, products, props, and marketing materials for photoshoots.
• Support on-site photoshoot needs as directed by the Marketing Manager.
• Help organize and archive photos and other final content.
