Role Overview
As a brand manager at TechEquity Ai, you will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and executing campaigns to enhance our brand presence and drive growth. This volunteer position requires a dynamic individual with experience in event marketing, leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The role involves at least 25 hours per week for six months, with potential extension. It is a high-impact, results-driven role suitable for independent, resourceful problem-solvers committed to our mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Content Creation: Use AI tools like MidJourney and Runway to develop video campaigns and visual activations for event promotion.
2. Develop and implement brand and event marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
3. Lead planning and execution of events such as Ai Summit and Ai Workshop.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
5. Manage relationships with vendors, venues, and partners for seamless event execution.
6. Create promotional materials and content for multi-channel marketing.
7. Stay updated on industry trends to improve marketing strategies.
8. Analyze event metrics and attendee feedback for continuous improvement.
9. Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in event marketing with a successful track record.
3. Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple events.
