Job summary

Marquee Brands seeks a Brand Manager in Redondo Beach (Hybrid) to support VP Global Brand Management with body care and active lifestyle brands. You will analyze sales, forecasts, and partner performance across retailers and marketplaces, assist with GTM strategies, and coordinate cross-functional efforts with marketing, legal, and business development.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in retail merchandising or licensing, with advanced Excel and strong communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in retail merchandising and/or licensing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in business management of brand licenses and partnerships.
• Coordinate GTM strategies and market research to inform growth.
• Maintain distributor and retailer footprint, track performance and ad spend.
• Prepare presentations and reports for executives and licensees.
• Support license payments tracking and contract compliance.
