Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Brand Manager, Dairy to lead annual marketing plans and drive growth for dairy products. Based at our Indianapolis HQ with a hybrid work model and travel ~20%.

You will influence cross-functional teams, manage the brand budget and P&L, analyze market and customer insights, and shape communications.

Ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Ag Marketing or related field and at least 5 years in brand management or marketing, with strong financial acumen.

Your Role: Brand Manager, Dairy

• Develop and execute annual marketing plans.
• Influence cross-functional teams to drive brand growth.
• Manage the brand's budget and P&L to achieve financial objectives.
• Analyze market data, customer insights, and competitive trends to identify new opportunities.
• Oversee the development of marketing communications and promotional materials.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Ag Marketing, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing.
• Top Skills: Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans. Proven ability to understand data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

• Experience within the animal health or dairy industry.
• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
• Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with marketing analytics and business intelligence tools.
