Job summary

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Merchandise Manager to develop online merchandising strategies for their family of business and lead a team delivering those strategies. You will partner with cross-functional teams to maximize the customer experience and drive performance.

The role requires 5+ years of direct merchandising experience, strong leadership, and the ability to blend creative, strategic, and technical thinking to optimize navigation, site content, and on-site campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university.
• 5+ years direct experience.
• Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to work across functional lines.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with diverse groups.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in executing merchandising strategies for navigation, on-site search, assortment layout, site content, and enhancements; ensuring an omni-channel approach.
• Measure, analyze, and report how customers interact with the site across devices to drive actionable recommendations.
• Leverage data to improve customer experience and meet top-line, margin and conversion plans.
• Collaborate with Buying and Planning teams to optimize opportunities for your family of business.
• Improve category navigation structure through analysis of key drivers.
• Plan and implement on-site campaigns for marketing assets.
• Collaborate with other Site Merchandise Managers to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Support digital marketing by implementing SEO recommendations and linking support for Search/Affiliate teams.
