Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3-6 month internship designed for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in public relations and influencer management within the crypto industry. You will develop your skills while networking and building transferable capabilities for your career.

As a Brand KOL BD intern, you will identify and engage KOLs, assist with event coordination, and help manage communications during sensitive situations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Presentable, confident, and comfortable attending events and engaging with influencers.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in the crypto/blockchain industry is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the Brand team in organizing and attending KOL events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Help manage crisis communications and support resolution efforts with KOLs during sensitive situations.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise updates and reports on KOL activities and public sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KOL strategies with overall PR goals.
• Maintain a professional and presentable image as a representative of the company.

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Brand KOL BD individuals to join our dynamic team.
