Job Title: Brand Insights Manager
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months to start with
Must-Have Skills
- Brand Marketing Insight experience - Brand campaigns, campaign creative development
- Product insights
- Strong Communication skills, bring ideas
Nice-to-have Skills
- Strong Research background, Capability to define and create strategies, and promote products effectively.
- Unilever and CPG Marketing Insight Experience: Experience with consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing insights and tech product development.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UXR, Product Data Science, and Marketing Decision Science, to develop a comprehensive learning agenda for our client's wearable pillar.
- Design and conduct innovative quantitative and qualitative research to inform decision-making, strategic planning, and marketing/brand strategies.
- Translate research findings into actionable insights with clear recommendations, producing effective communication to motivate application of learnings across the organization.
- Execute full-cycle research independently and leverage insights to inform strategies and drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate proactively with a variety of partners and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research, including hands-on experience in survey/discussion guide and data analysis.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of delivering concise, executive-level syntheses to influence business decisions.
- Extensive experience in product/feature launches, driving impact, and influencing decision-making.
- Ability to think holistically and analytically.
- Problem-solving and prioritization skills are essential for developing research problems and methodological approaches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in leading insights-driven campaigns
- Experience with physical products is preferred.
- Experience in brand building and brand strategy development
