Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer for the Tendem project on a part-time remote basis. You will build foundational brand assets, establish a cohesive visual identity, and maintain brand consistency across digital and print materials.

You will work as a freelance specialist, developing scalable visual systems and brand guidelines using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with 10–20 hours per week during active phases.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand identity creation, logos, and visual guidelines.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity across digital and print.
• English proficiency and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos and color schemes.
• Create variations of core brand elements and deliver assets.
• Gatekeeper for brand consistency across materials including decks and social kits.
• Build scalable visual systems aligned with modern design standards.
• Ensure brand aesthetics translate across digital and print mediums.
