The organization comprises interconnected ventures focused on taking brands "from strategy to shelf, from first account to national scale." Barrel & Bloom Agency, their sales division, provides fractional executive leadership and specialized field sales teams for emerging brands.
The Brand Growth Partner serves as a field operator anchored in Chicago, covering clustered territories within a 2.5 hour driving radius. The position involves managing up to six brands simultaneously with a structured schedule: four field days and one administrative day weekly.
