Job summary

The Marketing Manager at Cheetah Clean Auto Wash will lead brand strategy and the marketing team in Bowling Green, KY, partnering with leadership and operations to align campaigns with our brand promises and growth goals.

You'll own brand management across platforms, drive digital marketing, customer programs, events, and communications, and mentor a small team, tracking ROI and performance to propel the business forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Several years of marketing and communications experience, with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
• A track record of success in brand management, digital marketing, and strategic communications.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own brand management and creative development across platforms.
• Lead digital marketing — social media, email, website content, and content strategy.
• Manage internal and external communications and develop plans for announcements and launches.
• Plan and host community events, grand openings, sponsorships, and fundraising partnerships.
• Develop customer loyalty and retention campaigns and track ROI.
