Job summary

The Kali Hotel & Rooftop, Autograph Collection seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead pre-opening and ongoing marketing efforts at The Kali in Hollywood Park, Inglewood, CA. You will build brand awareness, develop integrated strategies, and drive market share across leisure, group, F&B, events and transient business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hospitality marketing experience
• Proven success developing marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content creation and brand strategy
• Experience promoting food & beverage outlets, events, rooftop venues, or lifestyle concepts preferred
• Familiarity with Marriott digital platforms, marketing programs, and paid media tools
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
• Passion for storytelling, creativity, and delivering memorable guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch and growth of The Kali brand across guest touchpoints
• Develop content, campaigns and activations to bring the hotel story to life
• Drive PR, influencer, social media and digital marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management and F&B to drive demand
