The Director of Marketing is a full-time, salaried senior leadership role with competitive benefits and bonus potential. Ideal candidates combine big-picture thinking with hands-on execution from our Fairfield, CT base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in financial services.
• Experience leading both strategy and execution across brand, digital, and business development marketing.
• Familiarity with compliance-driven marketing (FINRA/SEC) requirements.
• Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, and related marketing/CRM platforms.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across advisors, operations, and leadership.
• Strategic thinker who can move between big-picture and day-to-day.
• Based in or willing to work from Fairfield, CT offices.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand and marketing strategy across channels, campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
• Partner with Growth to support M&A messaging, materials, and positioning.
• Oversee marketing ops and tech, including CRM and automation, with ROI focus.
• Develop advisor-facing marketing tools to boost business development and client acquisition.
• Manage marketing budget and external vendors, ensuring regulatory compliance.
