Job summary

Touro University is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer to join the Marketing and Communications team at the Times Square Campus, with responsibilities spanning digital and print design for Touro University and Touro University Nevada. You will contribute to branding, campaigns, and visual communications across channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field and at least five years of experience in graphic design/branding, preferably in education or non-profit

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, branding in educational or non-profit settings.

Responsibilities

• Design digital and print pieces including invitations, flyers, ads, eblasts, social graphics, and branding materials for Touro University and Touro University Nevada.
• Produce collateral materials including publications, brochures, fact sheets, fundraising materials, continuing education programs, and more.
• Oversee the implementation and management of visual brand, updating style guidelines as necessary.
• Create design templates for newsletters, presentations, eblasts, digital signage, and more in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Mailchimp and PowerPoint.
• Create all collateral materials and publications for annual events such as graduation and other campus-wide events.
• Maintain and manage the Listserv and Mailchimp products to ensure they are updated and accurate.
• Create and distribute internal campus-wide announcements to appropriate lists as needed.
• Edit reels for Touro's social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Use excellent grammar and proofreading skills to ensure all published items are accurate and appropriate.
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
