Job summary

Dairy Boy LLC is a fast-growing DTC lifestyle brand redefining American style with a bold, intentional point of view. This Graphic Designer role will shape how the brand appears across social, web, print, and in-person spaces, translating creative direction into polished, production-ready work.

You’ll own social assets, web layouts, and collateral for pop-ups and events, collaborating with senior leadership to build a cohesive design language. Hybrid role between Westport, CT and Manhattan.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of graphic design experience in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brand environments.
• Expert-level proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, plus Figma.
• Strong web and digital design sense; design pages that developers can build.
• Experience across social, web, print, and physical space.
• Sharp eye for typography, layout, and brand systems; original artwork when needed.
• Comfort taking direction from an Art Director and executing others' visions.
• Excellent organizational and time management; handle multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills; present work and take feedback.
• Familiar with AI design tools and curious about next steps.
• Degree preferred but skill matters more.

Responsibilities

• Design social assets across platforms to keep the feed considered.
• Design web layouts and campaign pages (design-only, no development).
• Build assets for pop-ups, retail environments, and events.
• Create collateral for special projects and seasonal moments.
• Translate direction into polished, on-brand execution.
• Maintain visual consistency across touchpoints; brand recognition.
• Prepare production-ready files with correct specs and handoff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, and retail.
• Keep pulse on design and culture to bring fresh ideas into the brand.
• Track resonance across channels and carry learnings forward.
