Dairy Boy is seeking an Associate Print Designer to shape season-specific prints and graphics. You will move from sketch to production-ready files, collaborating with the Design Director and Senior Designer to define color, references, and archival material.
You’ll own the artwork from concept to vendor handoff, ensuring repeats, color accuracy, and clean production files while contributing to weekly reviews and a growing archives system.
Dairy Boy is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand built around a new vision of American style — blending nostalgia, sport, and everyday life with a point of view that feels fresh, intentional, and distinctly its own. We help people build lives and spaces that reflect who they are, and our audience is passionate, loyal, and growing fast across every platform.
We're looking for an Associate Print Designer / Graphic Artist to help shape the prints, graphics, and artwork that give each Dairy Boy season its character. This is a hands‑on design role for someone who moves easily between a sketchbook and Illustrator — and who can carry an idea from a rough reference all the way to a production‑ready file a mill can run.
You’ll work alongside our Design Director and Senior Designer on seasonal print and graphic concepts, researching color, trend, and archival references, building original artwork, and preparing the files that go out to our mills. From vintage source material to finished repeat, you’ll own the details that decide whether a print reads the way it did in your head — repeat precision, color accuracy, and a clean handoff. You’ll also help prepare weekly creative reviews, and keep our archive of artwork, references, and vintage purchases organized enough that the whole team can actually use it.
The right person is a genuine maker with taste — someone who draws, collects, and notices. They can lose an afternoon in an archive and still hit a mill deadline. They’re organized in a way that shows up in their files, not just their calendar, and they treat feedback as material to work with rather than a verdict on the work.
They should also understand the brand’s personality: a modern classic with a rebellious streak. Someone who knows the headlines, reads the room, refuses to make excellence humorless, and treats heritage as source material rather than costume.
Dairy Boy is scaling quickly, and this role sits close to the product itself — the prints and graphics people actually wear. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, have real ownership over the artwork that carries each season, and help build a print and graphic language that’s unmistakably ours. If you want to do meaningful work at a brand that cares deeply about taste and craft, this is a great place to do it.
Full-time, hybrid role based between Westport, CT and Manhattan — in the office Monday through Thursday, remote on Fridays.
