Orange County Utilities Communications Group is seeking a skilled Graphic Coordinator to create graphic art, photography, and layouts for the Utilities Department. You will work under supervision, delivering designs that align with county branding and standards.

The role involves consulting with clients on visual and digital needs, producing logos, web graphics, and promotional materials, and training interns and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or closely related field; 3 years of professional graphic arts experience.
• Extensive knowledge of drawing, painting, design theory, web design, and photography.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud graphic design programs.

Responsibilities

• Completes graphic design for annual reports, presentations, and department promotions.
• Acts as layout artist for newsletters, brochures, intranet, and County websites.
• Oversees design standards and branding guidelines for the Utilities Department.
