Job summary

Altar’d State is seeking a Brand Representative at The Shops at the Friendly Center in Greensboro, NC. This part-time role reports to Store Leadership and focuses on delivering outstanding guest service, building relationships, and presenting a clean, well-maintained store environment.

You will help drive sales while adhering to brand standards and loss prevention practices. Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, register transactions, inventory support, and assisting in merchandising

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including standing, reaching, and light lifting.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with exceptional service and build relationships to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store environment and presentable merchandising.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately at the register and handle cash with accuracy.
• Assist in inventory preparation and loss prevention compliance as directed by management.
• Support window displays and in-store merchandising to represent the Altar'd State brand.
