Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and drive sales while upholding company standards.
• Motivate and develop the store team to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and manage staff; plan schedules and performance reviews.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a clean, organized store.
• Collaborate with District Manager and HR on employee relations and policy adherence.
• Engage with the local community and host store events to build loyalty.
