Job summary

Advantage Solutions' CDS division is hiring a part-time promotional associate to drive sales by engaging customers and presenting live events and product sampling in retail locations.

No prior experience required; training provided. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, voluntary plans, wellness programs, and associate discounts. Shifts are 2-3 per week, with weekends possible, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
• Ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
