Job summary

Advantage Solutions is hiring for in-store event staff to engage customers and promote brands at retailers. You’ll help run live product sampling, assist customers, and support store management.

No prior experience is required as training is provided, with opportunities to grow within the company. Qualifications

• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willing to stand for extended periods and work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• No prior experience required; training and team support provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.
• Represent clients at retail locations and communicate product benefits.
• Support management as needed and work with teammates to execute plans.
• Stay safe and maintain the cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
