Qualifications

• Welcome guests and assess their needs to recommend merchandise.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell to enhance the guest's shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Maintain knowledge of merchandise features, benefits and pricing.
• Assist with inventory tasks and ensure shelves are stocked and displays are appealing.
• Process transactions accurately using a point-of-sale system.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.

Responsibilities
