Job Summary

Serves in a supporting role in brand management. Coordinates the listings and content accuracy for all online and offline directories such as Yellow Pages, YP.com, Google, Yelp, etc., and the physician referral system. Assists with online reputation monitoring for Nicklaus Children's Health System entities, manages the content and messaging for messages on hold and auto phone attendants, and ensures the primary Nicklaus Children's Health System Physician directory is up to date. Coordinates hospital and health system historical archives, serving as an essential resource in the development and coordination of milestone celebrations for the organization.

Job Specific Duties

  • Assists in tracking performance for all paid directories/listings via periodic auditing of each known source. F: Monthly/ T: 0.5 hours R: Individual
  • Monitors online reputation management for NCHS entities via various monitoring tools used i.e. Review Trackers platform, following established customer service resolution standards/protocol with PGR. F: Daily/ T: 1 hour R: Individual
  • Maintains health system online directories ensuring accuracy of content, grammar and style. F: Daily/ T: 1 hour R: Individual
  • Upholds branding and leverages current campaigns in marketing efforts. F: Daily/ T: 0.5-hour R: Individual
  • Develops scripts and oversees recording for messages on hold system. F: Monthly/ T: 4 hours R: Individual
  • Reviews, edits (when necessary), and records health system phone auto attendant messages. F: Weekly/ T: 1 hour R: Individual
  • Assists with social media monitoring. F: Weekly/ T: 0.5-hour R: Individual
  • Coordinates community directories and online directory ads for health system. F: Monthly/ T: 4 hours R: Individual
  • Assists with maintaining the history and archives of health system, hospital, and other related entities. F: Weekly/ T: 0.5 hour R: Individual
  • Ensures all advertised phone numbers are operational and accurately listed. F: Monthly/ T: 4-hour R: Individual
  • Assists with maintenance of the photo-file archiving system, ensuring any new photos are archived, have appropriate consents, and are uploaded/saved in photo-file archiving system. F: Monthly/ T: 4 hours R: Individual
  • Monitors accuracy of invoices received for projects as completed and provides confirmation to leader for final approval. F: Monthly/ T: 1 hour R: Individual
  • Assists with daily processing of online messages received via websites and info@nicklaushealth.org and processes online reputation management alerts received by various monitoring tools used. F: Daily/ T: 2 hours R: Individual
  • Works on projects, primarily historical documentation, archiving as assigned by leader. F: Weekly/ T: 2 hours R: Individual
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in Marketing
  • Prior experience with Microsoft Excel, basic Google Analytics, and audio production software

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Bachelors Degree in in English, Journalism, or Communications preferred .
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to review creative layout.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and its logistics.
  • Ability to learn appropriate software applications required to complete tasks.
  • Able to work well under pressure of deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic audio editing software.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Writing, layout, mechanicals, editing, proofing, and interviewing skills.
