Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives in Tampa, FL to bring our store experience to life by engaging customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You’ll provide warm service, assist with product guidance, and support omni-channel orders including in-store pickup and ship-from-store packing, all while upholding presentation standards and a positive checkout experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
