Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation naturally, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment, including folding, hanging, sizing, and presentation standards.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and package ship-from-store orders to ensure an omni-channel experience.
