Job summary

ThirdChannel is seeking a 1099 Brand Representative to conduct in-store retail audits, merchandising, and quality control visits for a leading wireless brand. As an independent Brand Representative, you will act as a liaison between the brand and retail stores, performing recurring visits to evaluate product presentation, brand visibility, and overall store conditions.

Store visits are one hour each and scheduled twice per month, with total store counts varying by market.

Qualifications

• Friendly, engaging personality with strong relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and professional reliability.
• Tech-savvy with comfort using mobile reporting tools.
• Reliable transportation to local stores.
• Access to a personal smart device (iOS 17+ or Android 10+).
• Experience in wireless or consumer electronics retail is a plus.
• Must complete Brand Rep Certification before starting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store retail audits and quality control visits.
• Perform recurring store visits and visual merchandising tasks.
• Assist staff with displaying fixes and brand presentation.
• Use the ThirdChannel App to complete surveys and upload data/photos.
