California Closets in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Sales Support Assistant to back our sales team and deliver an exceptional Brand Experience. The role covers local social media, sales performance reporting, event administration, and processing of sales documents.

You'll engage with Design Consultants, manage inquiries via phone and email, update local marketing, maintain showroom bios, and help distribute weekly reports while supporting a dynamic luxury brand environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; associates degree preferred in business or sales administration.
• 1-2 years in administrative or customer service roles, ideally in home improvement or luxury brands.
• Strong data entry skills and calendar/scheduling experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage leads efficiently using CRM and support Design Consultants.
• Answer calls & emails to scheduling offices/showrooms and address client needs.
• Update local marketing including showroom hours on website, social media, Yelp, and Google reviews.
• Maintain Design Consultant bios on the website and update weekly reports for rescheduled consults and pending client lists.
• Collaborate with consultants to follow up on pending clients and send client anniversary campaigns.
