Job summary

Madewell is seeking a Sales Associate to embody the brand with personal style and passion on the sales floor. You will help customers discover their look and collaborate with team members and managers to drive business success, delivering a seamless customer experience with kindness and inclusivity.

You will support brand values, stay current with fashion trends, and maintain flexibility including nights, weekends, and holidays. Position involves lifting and stocking tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Passionately support our brand, customers and teams.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Embrace teamwork, flexibility and courtesy while executing tasks.
• Innovate and champion new ideas while navigating uncertainty with strong problem solving.
• Have scheduling flexibility including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a seamless and authentic customer experience that is an extension of the brand.
• Drive sales while exceeding selling and service expectations for our customers.
• Assist in operational and product driven store tasks assigned by the management team while acting in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the management team.
