Job summary

POP MART is seeking energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associates in Tukwila, WA to deliver memorable shopping experiences and bring our brand to life. You will engage customers with POP MART stories, assist with purchases, and maintain a welcoming environment on the sales floor.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, returns, and loyalty activity, supporting merchandising and inventory, and collaborating with teammates to reach daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing retail or service experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with guests.
• Process purchases, returns, exchanges, and loyalty transactions accurately.
