Job summary

TEAM Enterprises in Eugene, Oregon is seeking part-time Promotional Specialists to represent our client’s brand at events, engaging with consumers and building brand affinity.

You will work at local events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars and other promotions, handling setup/breakdown, distributing materials, and reporting results to the Regional Manager. The hourly rate is $40, with eligibility requirements including being 18+, reliable transportation, and having a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, engaging personality suitable for consumer interactions.
• Experience in marketing events or brand activation is preferred.
• 18 years of age or older; must have reliable transportation and smartphone access.

Responsibilities

• Execute interactive events at local venues (events, retail spaces, restaurants, bars).
• Work with Regional Manager to plan, train and report results for each event.
• Encourage consumer participation and build brand affinity.
• Distribute marketing materials and promo items as provided.
• Articulate trends and recap event photos to Regional Manager.
• Build brand awareness and help grow client memberships.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of promotional assets.
