Pandora A/S at Moreno Valley Mall is seeking a passionate Sales Lead. In this role, you will drive exceptional customer experiences while supporting both Managers and Sales Associates. You will exceed sales goals through genuine connections and enhance brand loyalty.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of high-performance selling experience, strong communication skills, and can connect with diverse audiences. A flexible work schedule is required, including nights and weekends.

Compensation ranges from $17.45 to $21.85 per hour based on experience, alongside benefits such as a robust compensation package and 401K plan.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Proven business acumen and analytical thinking.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of retail point of sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
