Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store.
• Leads the salesfloor and drives engagement to achieve store objectives.
• Participates in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to retain a diverse, engaged team.
• Supports daily operating processes, restocking, facilities or IT issues, and omni fulfillment.
