Job summary

MTM LLC is seeking a Brand Ambassador to create positive customer experiences at events, fairs, and stores in the Amarillo community. You will engage attendees, generate interest in products, and help generate qualified leads for the direct sales team.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, able to stand for extended periods, and comfortable educating customers about our products and services. This role offers schedule flexibility and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work most weekends.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to drive a conversation.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Represent MTM LLC professionally at all stores, events, fairs, festivals, community events, and similar venues.
• Be outgoing, upbeat, and actively engaging with homeowners, answer questions, and create a positive first impression.
• Act as a subject matter expert for prospective customers by answering questions about our products and services while showcasing our value proposition.
• Obtain complete information from prospective customers for scheduling appointments and entering homeowners into our sweepstakes.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organized booth or store promotions area with marketing materials readily available.
• Follow all security protocols for safekeeping of technology equipment.
• Work with minimal supervision and keep the manager informed of daily activities and challenges.
• Performs other duties including calling prospective leads and other marketing tasks.

Education
