Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking brand ambassadors to engage customers and bring brands to life through live events and sampling at local stores across the United States, including Florida. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed.

We offer competitive wages of $16.50 per hour, opportunities for growth as we promote from within, and customizable benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Are 18 years or older.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Perform duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
• Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life by providing live events and sampling to consumers where they live and shop.
• Collaborate with store management and teams to ensure events run smoothly.
