Job summary

Avalonvi is seeking energetic Event Staff to support promotional events, engage attendees, and help deliver brand experiences in live settings. You will work closely with a team, assist with setup and breakdown, welcome guests, answer questions about products, distribute materials, and contribute to ongoing training and development in a fast-paced environment in Austin.

No prior event experience is required, but friendly, outgoing personalities do well.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Experience in events or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and organizing promotional events.
• Support event setup, operation, and breakdown.
