American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Fort Wayne, IN. You will bring the brand to life for every guest, delivering an amazing shopping experience and helping build brand loyalty.

You’ll be the face of the brand, enthusiastic about our products and ready to engage with customers across store areas. Ideal candidates are energetic, love interacting with people, and are comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy interacting with people.
• Ability to handle evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Able to flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom.
• Commitment to company policies and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move flexibly across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to policy.
