Job summary

Mondelez International in New Orleans is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our snacks to life in-store. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are available and visible while maintaining strong retailer relationships.

You’ll use an iPad to place orders, capture photos, and follow RTM plans. The role requires energy, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid REAL ID, passport, or federal ID to access military base facilities.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must drive personal vehicle with current insurance; mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence.
• Serve as the face of the company; deliver outstanding customer service.
• Execute daily store visits following merchandising standards; capture display photos.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions; use Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical duties including lifting.
