Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer for Michigan. This role drives in-store execution for Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit, stocking shelves, building displays, and placing orders via iPad with Salesforce support.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift and move products. Prior retail experience is a plus, with routes centered around Swartz Creek, Clio, and Flushing locations.

Formación

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations.
• Physical activities include lifting up to 25 lbs and moving up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Swartz Creek, MI; secondary locations include Clio, MI and Flushing, MI.
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday; Start Time 7:00am.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure RTM-plan compliance.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving products.
